Unifying Wawa’s Digital Ecosystem
Through the creation of a design system, we unified a growing ecosystem of web, mobile, catering, internal tools, and in-store kiosk into a cohesive digital platform.
Shared components, aligned workflows, and clear governance enabled multiple teams to build in parallel without sacrificing consistency or speed.
By establishing a strong foundation first, we accelerated delivery, strengthened brand consistency, and created the infrastructure that continues to support Wawa’s evolving customer experience.
